Founder & CEO
With over 15 years of experience in business and marketing, Sloane has held various marketing roles, on a local and global level, at prominent tech and engineering companies including Microsoft and Dyson. Prior to ARC, she was the Global Performance Marketing Lead at Microsoft, where she was responsible for overseeing multiple markets across the Americas, EMEA and APAC.
Tom Chep
COO
Tom holds a P.Eng. with a specialty in electrical engineering. He has 10 years of engineering leadership experience across the nuclear, construction and automotive industries having worked with Westinghouse, Rolls Royce, and Toyota.
